Excellent and great breakfast with fair prices, incredible location. Exceptionally clean and airy room with bathroom, tea plus nice seating area outside, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

I thoroughly enjoyed very good and polite employees!

Absolutely loved the clean, spacious room with lovely lake views. The little lake with ducks was a charming touch too! My standout was the comfy bed and the variety of tea and coffee options available.

The room had a comfortable bed and a modern private bathroom. It also provided shampoo, body soap, and complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. I loved the beautiful lake view and the surroundings with ducks and ponies. Breakfast options at the café were quite good. The cozy electric kettle and extra towels were a nice touch.

Amazing hotel with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff was helpful during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

I encountered noticeable cobwebs and stained bedding, and the emergency light appeared poorly maintained. The lack of Wi-Fi in our room was disappointing, given the advertised availability. The view from our window was obstructed by a building, detracting from the overall experience.

The King Room with Lake View offers a fine, tranquil sight, perfect for relaxation. Being located near a garden centre and café adds convenience, with access to food and a charming environment.

Breakfast options need improvement. The delayed service and limited choices, like a lack of gluten-free items, left much to be desired. The Mill pub closing at 7:30 PM restricted after-hours snacking, and the uneven floor rug posed a tripping hazard in the pub. Some noise from barking dogs and loud music made for an unsettling atmosphere, somewhat detracting from the peaceful lakeside appeal. The bathrooms had flaking paint and lacked sufficient toiletries, indicating a need for better upkeep.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the golf club along a lit path. Rooms are small but clean, with comfortable beds and tea/coffee facilities. Great breakfast served at the coffee shop, although we found the drinks in the bar overpriced. The garden centre adds a nice charm, but limited opening hours can be a drawback.
